This hotel is great value for money. Room is small, but if you spend most of your time out doing stuff, it is perfectly adequate for the evening/night. Rooms are immaculately clean; staff very accommodating and friendly; despite language barrier, very helpful. Hotel provides a number of things that frankly, other hotels, especially in North America, should consider offering: in the lobby one can borrow stuff like cables, umbrellas, work lamps, even curling irons. Staff went out of their way to lend us an HDMI cable. WIFI is fast and reliable. Room amenities are minimal but there are lots of stuff on offer in the lobby including shaving cream/razors, bath salts, even sheet masks and hair ties. Room tip: if you're someone who likes easy access to the ice machine, ask for a room on the 4th floor; vending machines and microwave also on that floor. Hotel location is directly on top of Toyocho station; Daiso is across the street. Cake at the nearby Cozy Corner are delicious, as is the tonkatsu place a few doors down.

The location is very close to the subway exit (Toyocho station) on the Tozai line. From here the airport is about 45 minutes away with 1 change at Nihombashi. The hotel location is next to a Lawson, Family Mart, Mini Mart and Daiso. There is a Sukiya (Japanese diner) in the hotel basement and a Pronto diner (where you can get breakfast vouchers from the hotel). The room itself is standard for what you expect in Tokyo I.e. compact but functional with an ensure washroom. Each floor has an ice machine and vending machines (which are Godsend for the hot weather). The room is equipped with a small fridge, TV, hangers ans basic coffee stuffs. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning could be changed manually. You do need to put your hotel card into a slot to run electricity in everything in the hotel.

The hotel is right next to Toyocho station so the location is convenient for public transport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There's coin-op laundry (around 400–600 yen per load in 2024). There's a communal ice-making machine, which was nice for hot summer days when you need iced drink in the room. This place stores your luggage before check-in time so that's very convenient too. The hotel is located in a suburban area so it is not packed with tourists. You get to enjoy a more local atmosphere. If you walk to nearby shopping and supermarket areas, you get to see many local people going about their day.

I loved this place so much! Would love to visit again!! My first trip to Japan and this budget hotel was amazing!!! Everything, the room, location, staff, amenities etc was just perfect. The hotel is steps away from the Tozai line metro station which is well connected for transfers and super convenient after whole days of travelling and exploring. The staff was very courteous and helpful and made me feel comfortable. The room size was also crazy good as per Tokyo standards. It’s probably new as it looked modern, clean, and very well maintained. And the view was so pretty!!!

Everything is almost perfect. Every staffs are so friendly and respectful. Perfect definition of Japanese hospitality. Rooms are so big for us. They even have a small dinning table. We didn't even use the bank beds since one bed can accomodate a couple. My son and daugther just shared also the other bed. Very clean room and unlimited courtesy stuffs (lotion, etc...) near reception. Restaurant was just at the basement and entrance of the building. There are some near restaurant also if you want to explore. Very near to metro access.
